BEYOND PIE AND MASH!

Beyond Private Dining and The Hill Station bring you good old fashioned London fayre of posh pie 'n mash with some molecular surprises, perfect for a chilly winter's evening to warm the cockles of your heart.

Using locally sourced ingredients award winning chef John Colston-Lynch brings 20 years experience and his creativity with food to The Hill Station (his local café).

The evening will unfold like a 3 ACT play with courses including:

ACT 1
Smoking potted jellied cockles
apple caviar
bacon crumble

ACT 2
Beef cheek & onion pie
Served with creamed mash liquor espuma garden veg planted in
mushroom soil

ACT 3
Poached rhubarb
rosemary meringue
cheesecake ice cream

And for vegetarians there is a full 3 course option with tempting dishes including Beetroot & Roquefort salad and walnut crumble and butternut squash, chickpea& spinach pie

The 3 course set meal is £28 per head.  

Locally sourced British Beer (including Brockley's finest) and wonderful wines will be available to order on the evening.
