Summer Fruit Desserts
Visiting the farmers market, we have so much to choose from. The local fruit bounty is here, but where do we start? We picked the famous homey French dessert, Clafoutis to take advantage of the short availability of stone fruits, then a "slump" similar to cobbler, and end with an interesting twist on the classic tart, using phyllo dough. Each is versatile accommodating a variety of fruits and each to prepare, so you can create endless varieties of fruit desserts for your summer soirees. $60/person
