A DC Independent Film Festival SEMINAR: Learn about the various types of state tax incentives available toproducers in the U.S. and abroad, not only from a seasoned taxspecialist Noel Paytner, but also directly from the heads of the statefilm offices in the tri-state area: Crystal Palmer, Jack Gerbes, andMary Nelson. The speakers will describe various state tax incentives,and provide practical advice on and examples of how to use them forindependent film financing.
