The life and times of the delightful NYC street photographer Matt Weber.  After discovering his talent for capturing everyday images while driving a cab, Weber went on to produce some of the citys most iconic moments in black and white. The film begins as a gorgeous testament to Webers work, expands to include other noted photographers, and ultimately becomes a vibrant conversation about the photographic medium, artistic expression and NYCall set to a wonderful jazz score.
