In this hands-on workshop, learn techniques for preparing and mixing quality pasta dough, cutting by hand and with a machine, and proper cooking methods for fresh and dry pasta. A few delicious market-fresh sauces and a simple mixed salad round out this pasta-rrific menu. Led by Chef Dawn Dlugosz whose recent extended stay in the Tuscan town of Colle Val d'Elsa allowed her to hone her traditional pasta-making skills at the rustic Slowfood restaurant, Officina della Cucina Popolare this will be a class to remember.
