The big reds are here!  Taste of Tulalip 2012 Honorary Winemaker Chris Sparkman, of Wine & Spirits "2011 Winery of the Year", comes to Tulalip to share his powerhouse pours and show how well suited they are to enjoy with great food.  Sparkman knows his stuff having spent a couple of decades as a sommelier and wine buyer for some of the best restaurants in the U.S.  Chef Perry Mascitti will oversee multiple cooking stations where guests can talk directly with the chefs to customize their preparation and select the ideal accompaniment.  Enjoy a warm summer evening with "Sparky" in the Orca Ballroom and Patio.
