12:30 pm Cooking Demonstration with guest Chef Marcus Samuelsson  
Join Chef Samuelsson - a 3-Time James Beard Award Winner, TV Personality & Author for a cooking demonstration, Table Talk, along with a question and answer session with Executive Chef Perry Mascitti and emcee Leslie Sbrocco.

1:30 pm Private Magnum Party at the Mpulse Lounge
Indulge yourself at the Private Magnum Party at the Mpulse Lounge,  with your host, Seattle Wine Expert Christopher Chan.  Enjoy a collection of world class wines which will be hand selected by Sommelier Tommy Thompson.  And to enhance the experience, guest Chef Marcus Samuelsson has shared several of his delicious appetizer recipes with Chef Perry Mascitti for the party!
