24/7 Call Center Our in-house staff is available 24/7/365 to take ticket orders or help producers with issues in English, French, or Spanish.
24/7 Email Support Our live staff monitors incoming support emails and can respond to issues 24 hours a day.
Admission Tax Where required by law, producers can automatically deduct Admission Tax from the face value of their tickets.
Affiliate Program People sending ticket buyers to the site receive a commission per ticket purchased by the user and per ticket sold for any events that get posted by the user. Commission only applies to web sales and will-call, print-at-home, and mobile tickets.
Agents Producers can create "agent" accounts to assist with event sales and management.
Amazon Payments Integration The funds from your ticket sales can be run discretely through your Amazon Payments account.
API Developers can perform any task through our API that can performed through our public website.
Badges BPT branded hard badges with 10 lines of custom text. Can including specific ticket buyer information (Names, etc.). Badges come with lanyard. No additional fee for badges.
Barcoded Tickets Onsite scanning of tickets. Scanning systems are available for rent and purchase. Allows multiple access points, tracking of capacity, etc.
Branded Pages Allows producers to have their look & feel.
Built-in Ticket Reselling Producers can allow ticket buyers to resell tickets. Producers can set the percentage of the profit the reseller gets to keep and the percentage the producer gets from the resale.
Bulk Tickets Producers can purchase pre-printed tickets in bulk. Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Custom Merchant Accounts Don't want to use our credit card processor? Enter your own merchant account details and we'll use it to process orders for your events. We can also help you set up a merchant account if you don't already have one.
Event Marketing Our dedicated event marketing staff can help promote your events in a slew of traditional and cutting-edge ways.
Fan Club Tickets A producer can give out a unique ID to each member of a group. Those members can then use that unique code to purchase up to a preset quantity of tickets.
Free Tickets for Free Events Producers can offer will-call tickets for free events for no fee.

Mailing list Each night, a list of our new events is mailed out to thousands of people in that state, province or region.
Multiple Event Submission If a producer has more than 20 events, he or she can send us a pre-formatted spreadsheet. We'll enter those events to your account for you.
No Contracts Ticket sellers aren't required to use us for any duration of time, nor are they prevent from using only us for a single event.
No Min/Max Event producers are not required to sell a minimum number of tickets.
No Producer Fees Our ticketing service costs producers nothing!
Onsite Printing Buy or rent a thermal ticket printer from us or use your own! Onsite ticket printing is plug-and-play!
Onsite Sales Sell tickets onsite at your events. You only need a computer and Internet access.
Open Ticket Network Any walk-up location (store, cafe, etc) can sell our tickets. Outlets need only a computer, Internet access, and a plain paper printer. The store will receive a commission for each ticket sold onsite.
Order Tracking Ticket buyers can see the status of their order in real-time. Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Password Protected Prices A price can have a single password. No one can see or use the price unless that specific password is entered.

Questionnaires Producers can ask ticket buyers specific questions. Questions may be set as optional or required.
Real-Time Sales Stats Producers can see, print, or download their sales information as it is coming in.
Reserved Seating Producers can have us create a seating chart for their venue or choose from an existing chart. Tickets are labeled with specific seats and inventories are automatically managed.
Reserved Sections Similar to assigned seating, but allows for quicker and easier management of tiered pricing.
Shipped Tickets for Free Events We can print and ship physical tickets and take phone orders for free events in the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe for only $0.99/€0.89/£0.79.
Ticket Auctions Producers can list a number of tickets for sale. The top bidders "win" those tickets at the end of the sale. Producers keep 100% of the face value of those tickets.
Time Staggered Pricing Prices can be tiered, typically with lower prices at the beginning of the sale, moving to toward higher prices as the event date nears.
Venue List Venue managers can list their BPT-friendly venues on our venue list. Producers can search the venue list by location, size, genre, etc. to find BPT friendly venues.
Will-Call Tickets Ticket buyers can have their tickets held at the door. Producers receive a list of ticket buyer names that they can then check off upon arrival.
