Are you serious about the films nominated for Oscars? Or are you more into the glitz and glamor of the party? Either way, we have some great events happening all over the country for you to check out! For those who are in it for the films, check out: Past Best Picture Oscar winner "Chicago" at the Auburn Avenue Theater in Auburn, Washington TONIGHT! Thursday, February 23. Also tonight, there's a screening of nominated short animated films in Lake Worth, Florida. Tomorrow, Friday, February 24 there's screenings of nominated documentary short films in Trenton, New Jersey, and another screening of nominated short animated films in Lake Worth, Florida. If parties are more your thing, check out these events all happening on Oscar night Sunday, February 26: The 15th Annual Oscar Night, hosted by the Vashon Film Society on Vashon Island. Walk the red carpet and get your photo taken with a real Oscar at the party at the Capitol Theater in Olympia, Washington.
