Wednesday, December 14 | Downtown Independent's Official Selection series presents: CAITLIN PLAYS HERSELF: Downtown Independent's home-grown series is back with a very special December program! When Caitlin, an uncompromising artist who creates both personal and political work, performs nude in her show about the BP oil spill, it sends her relationship with her on and off again boyfriend into a tailspin.  As she directs her energy toward sustainable living and a series of dates with other guys, she realizes the difficulty of trying to save the world when you can't even make sense of your own life.

Wednesday, December 14 | Rocket Propelled Classic Movie Night - "It's A Wonderful Night":  Celebrate the holidays with Rocket Propelled LTD, in an evening facilitated by Casting Director/Writer/Director Rick Pagano as he discusses Frank Capra's It's A Wonderful Life.

Thursday, December 15 | TALK IT UP: HOLI-TOPICAL: TALK IT UP is a new comedy storytelling show at the Zephyr, brought to you by Jackie Kashian and Margie Mintz. This week's theme is Holi-Topical! Featuring Eddie Pepitone, Brian Finkelstein, Jen Goldberg, Andrew Solmssen, Jackie Kashian and Margie Mintz.

Friday, December 16 | Bill Hicks in "Ninja Bachelor Party" (director in person!): Celebrating what would have been Bill Hicks' 50th birthday and benefiting Cinefamily's upcoming fundraiser telethon! Ninja Bachelor Party is "the touching story of love, Robitussin addiction and martial arts filmed over the course of the the 1980s (during the occasional downtime in Hicks' stand-up career.)" Director/co-star Kevin Booth will be at The Comedy Store for a Q&A after the film.

Sunday, December 118 | Ken Russell's WOMEN IN LOVE (1969) & THE MUSIC LOVERS (1970) (double feature): RIP Ken Russell! Pay tribute with this double-feature.
