According to USA.gov, some of the most popular New Years resolutions include: lose weight, get fit, eat right, save money, and reduce stress. The Boston Globe says that January is join-a-health-club month. If you're like most Americans, you've resolved to be more active, to be healthier this year. Joining a gym could help you lose weight, get fit, and reduce stress; taking a cooking class could help you eat better and save money - making food at home is much less expensive than eating out.
